BNY Mellon Panel attend Interactive Panel at The Rodillian Academy


This is part of a series of Digital focused events funded by United Way Worldwide through the generosity of BNY Mellon.

Year 12 & 13 students from The Rodillian Academy in Wakefield asked their questions about working in Tech & Digital with an interactive panel of Yorkshire businesses.

Business volunteers from Product Managers, Business Systems Analyst and IT Apprentice roles from Bolser, cap hpi, Lightstart, NHS Digital and Synap were amongst the panellists, answering questions about career paths, regional opportunities and the skills and qualities required for success in this industry.

96% of the students take took part said that they had a better understanding of how to get into different careers within Tech & Digital and 97% said the panel improved their feelings about the future.
