Growing Talent BPFS West Midlands is a programme led by social enterprise Ahead Partnership supported by funding from Greater Birmingham & Solihull LEP and private sector employers.

It builds on four successful years of activity delivered in Birmingham during Professional Services Week, extending this into a year-round programme of careers and skills activity led by BPFS employers in Birmingham and Solihull.

With current restrictions limiting the opportunity for face-to-face activities, this programme has been specifically designed to include the use of digital resources, recorded events and virtual “live” events as well as in school activities.  All aspects of this exciting sector will be covered.

Our next Growing Talent BPFS West Midlands Festival will be taking place 14 March - 8 April 2022 so sign up now to take advantage of the employer engagement activities on offer to your school/college.
