I’ve been at Ahead Partnership for six years now and have progressed from a Project Associate to Project Manager and now to Programme Manager which means I manage our larger programmes on a national scale. I love the culture at Ahead Partnership as we’re all different but we all share a passion for supporting young people. I feel empowered to take ownership of my work and love that no two days are the same here. One day I could be delivering an event in London, the next I could be at a client meeting in Leeds, or I could be working from home with my dog, Tofu, by my side.
